ITerms of Service
Agreement
These terms apply to gowarroom.com, The War Room Discord, and every membership sold through Whop (together, the "Service"). The Service is run by Master Black, doing business as The War Room ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying a membership, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You're responsible for making sure that trading futures, and using prop firms, is legal where you live.
What the membership includes
A War Room membership gives you access to our private Discord, which may include:
- Live trading sessions and market commentary
- Educational lessons and the trading framework as it's released
- Trade recaps and breakdowns
- Community channels and direct questions to the team
We may add, change or remove features at any time. Live sessions depend on market hours and availability, and we don't guarantee a set number of sessions.
Accounts and access
Purchases and access are managed through Whop and Discord. Each membership is for one person. Don't share your login or give anyone else access to the server. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account.
Pricing and billing
Memberships cost $99 per month or $999 per year, billed through Whop. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We may change prices for new purchases. If your price changes, we'll tell you before your next renewal.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Record, screenshot, copy, resell or redistribute paid content, calls or lessons
- Share server invites or access with non-members
- Harass other members, spam, or promote other paid groups or services
- Scrape, bot, or otherwise misuse the Discord or the site
Breaking these rules can get you removed without a refund.
Intellectual property
All content in the Service, including lessons, videos, frameworks, graphics and the War Room and Master Black names, belongs to us. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning while your membership is active.
Third-party services
We rely on Whop, Discord, YouTube and other platforms, and members may use prop firms and brokers. Those services have their own terms, and we aren't responsible for their decisions, outages, rule changes or payouts.
No financial advice
Everything in the Service is for education only. Nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You make your own trading decisions and you're responsible for the results. See the Risk Disclaimer below.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Chargebacks
If there's a problem with a charge, contact us first. We'll work with you to fix it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to your access being suspended.
Cancellation and termination
You can cancel anytime through your Whop account. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we make significant changes, we'll post them here and update the effective date. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida, except where your local law gives you rights that can't be waived.
IIRefund Policy
The short version
All sales are final. You get access to the Discord and its content the moment you pay, so we don't offer refunds. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
No full or partial refunds
We don't refund, credit or prorate for:
- Unused time on a monthly or yearly plan
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal
- Not using the Discord or attending live sessions
- Trading losses or failed prop firm evaluations
- Being removed for breaking the Terms of Service
How to cancel
Cancel from your Whop account before your next renewal date. Leaving the Discord server does not cancel your subscription.
Billing errors
If you're charged twice, or charged after cancelling, email us within 30 days of the charge and we'll fix it.
Where the law requires a refund
Nothing in this policy takes away refund rights you have under the law where you live.

What we collect
- Account details from Whop and Discord, such as your name, email, username and membership status
- Messages and activity you post in the Discord
- Site usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type
- Anything you send us by email or direct message
How we use it
To give you access, manage your membership, answer support requests, protect our content, prevent fraud, and improve the Service.
Payments
Whop processes all payments. We never see or store your full card details. Whop's privacy policy covers how they handle payment information.
Cookies
The site may use basic cookies and analytics to understand how it's used. We don't sell advertising space on the site.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help run the Service (like Whop, Discord and our hosting provider), or when the law requires it.
Retention and security
We keep your information as long as your membership is active and as long as we need it for legal, tax and dispute records. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no system is completely secure.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
The Service is for adults only. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We'll post any updates here and change the effective date at the top of this page.

Trading is risky
Futures trading carries a substantial risk of loss and isn't right for everyone. Leverage means you can lose more than you put in. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Education, not advice
The War Room is an education and community service. We are not a broker, a registered investment adviser, a commodity trading advisor, or a prop firm. Nothing we share, including live trades, levels, recaps or opinions, is personal financial advice or a recommendation to trade.
Past results
Any payouts, trades or results we show are past performance. They don't guarantee or predict future results, and your results will be different. Hypothetical or simulated results have built-in limits and don't reflect real trading conditions like slippage, fills or emotion.
Live trading
Live sessions show how we trade in real time. Copying our trades isn't the goal and isn't recommended. Delays in video, chat or data mean you won't get the same entries, exits or results.
Prop firms
Prop firm evaluations and funded accounts are offered by independent companies with their own rules, fees and payout policies. We don't control them and can't promise you'll pass an evaluation or get paid.
VAffiliate Disclosure
Some links and discount codes we share, including prop firm links, are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only share firms and tools we use or believe are worth using, but you should always do your own research.
